Data analysis module: In the system, this module acts as the “brain”, receives and preprocesses the data collected by the blood pressure meter, blood glucose meter and other instruments, extracts different indicator characteristics, determines whether the body data is abnormal, stores the analysis data in the database, interacts with the central processor and provides the results to help decision-making and control.

 

Central processing unit: The core of the entire system, coordinating the operation of each module. Control device start and stop, integrate analysis results from data analysis module, information from education module and other multi-source data. Decisions are made based on this combined information and instructions are sent to other modules to aid diagnostic and treatment decisions.

 

In the connection of each module, TVS, MOSFET and BJT play a role in the circuit, and TVS provides overvoltage protection for the data analysis module. MOSFET is used to build a switching power supply circuit to amplify and buffer weak data signals. The BJT acts as an electronic switch, amplifying weak analog signals.

The numerical parameters of TVS, MOSFET and BJT will directly affect their performance and application scenarios. In practical applications, appropriate devices need to be selected according to specific circuit requirements and working conditions. With the continuous development of semiconductor technology, the performance of TVS, MOSFETs and BJT will continue to improve, and the application scenarios will be more extensive.

In the face of complex and changing application environment, chip design is more complex, the cost is also rising, the market for chip volume is also developing towards smaller, faster, more power-saving trend, to break through the physical limits of the process.
